Things They Should Invent
Someone should create a perfectly legitimate store called The Black Market. To up the irony quotient, this name should be applied to a government-owned and -operated store.
There's also a store in Chicago called Black Market Chicago (you can find them on the web via Google of course). Though it's not a street facing sort of store, it's a "you-have-to-know-where-it-is" sort of place, and they sell fetish wear & tools, which is legal in the US, but only because of loopholes really.
So, um, I don't know this really pertains to your observation. But there you have it.
