Isn't that call ignoring? Or are you thinking of something you could actually say?
"Say" meaning with words as opposed to communicating through ignoring and silence on the subject. Which can certainly be misconstrued as "she doesn't know about".
For times when your first instinct is to hit the reply butting and say "WhyTF are you guys dignifying this with attention?"
