Bad layout of the day
Doesn't this make it look like Boris Yeltsin is the TTC worker who was killed?

That *is* bad layout. Should have used a subway-related photo and moved Yeltsin down. Or bump Nick Lachey to the inside -- he is a trifle, not front-page material.
The whole newspaper is a trifle, actually. But I'd still expect them to understand that the picture is generally associated with the headline above it. Although I did once see in the Toronto Sun (24 Hours is the free subway paper printed by the Toronto Sun) a front-page headline about a strike with a picture of someone being arrested, but there was no mention in the article about the strike about anyone being arrested.
