How To Be Antiracist is on my list too. Do you recommend it?
I was kind of hoping it would be more of a checklist, but, of course, nothing in life is that simple. It did give a lot of very clear and useful structures for identifying where societal and structural racism has permeated my thinking.
I do think it's worth reading. Whether it's useful depends on your starting point.
