It's December 28. Do you know where your Voter Information Card is?
I received my Voter Information Card in the mail today. This means you should be receiving yours soon too. I do not know the precise day by which you should receive it, but if you're worried Elections Canada can help you.

I have yet to have received mine yet. That is a result that nobody lived in this apartment 4 years ago. Then some elections canada ladies left a very thick, sharp, "We'll be back" notice in my door. Taking it out cut my finger and it bleed a lot. The elections ladies were in the hall and came to talk to me. I said, "You did a good job sticking that in my door! You really got me good!" (showing them my finger). Elections lady: "NO! The Government of Canada cut you!"
