Do you mean the background colour? It seems softer. Less glare. It's good! The font colour seems the same.
The body text is a darker grey. (The old body text colour can still be seen on the dates above the posts.) I didn't touch the background.Weirdly, I tried black body text, and my eyes didn't like it. But a darker grey seems to help me. I'm glad it also works better for others!
