Has anyone made a big deal out of the fact that Barack Obama's initials are B.O. yet? Now, if he switched his names around, his initials would be O.B. Which is a tampon.
Which is a pretty good thing for a political leader to be! Because an O.B. is something you thrust into a messy situation and it somehow instinctively knows how to expand just enough to do what needs to be done but not so much as to be painful. Then it keeps the messy situation under control so you can get on with your everyday life as though nothing was amiss. You can even go to the beach!
