Conservapedia
Theory: Conservapedia either is a spoof, or has by now attracted attention from vandals who are making it look even wingnuttier than it would be under natural conditions.
Good theory, but ultimately, too sane and rational.
It's for real, exactly as it appears to be. Its founder is Andrew Schlafly, son of one of the infamous reactionaries in the US, Phyllis Schlafly. He's as wingnutty as they come.
